Machines Capacity

FNZ / Gurutex is equipped with 100 sewing machines with complete cut to pack capacity setted up into 2 units . As a head office all the costing , developments , business decisions and production planning including inhouse and to its associated factories will be executed and finalised in gurutex headed by FNZ INTERNATIONAL

Vertical Factories Setup

FNZ / Gurutex has association with 2 more vertical setup factories . Each factory is equipped with 500 sewing machines with own spinning mill, knitting division, dyeing plant , finishing and processing unit , garmenting, printing, embroidery. washing etc . These associated factories will work under direct suprevision and merchandising execution of FNZ international.

Associated Factories

As we are a direct manufacturing factory, we too have a association with a network of 5 factories to execute volume production as a team which is headed by FNZ/Gurutex . Even if the order quantity is Small , medium or large we have a capability to execute . All together ias a team of factories we have a capacity to allocate 2000 plus sewing machines for production

Sedex Audited

Our factory is sedex approved and can get compliance for Disney if requested by clients. All our associates are sedex approved too.

OekoTex in Proposal

We are in a plan to get compliance for Oekotex soon but our associate factory is oekotex and GOTS approved and can take immediate produciton for oekotex and organic cotton orders

Quality Control

We have a very good team of quality control inspectors to ensure that the products are met as per agreed standard and specifications during production stage itself ..we also have a team of final A grade checkers who will do 100% checking on finished products before ironing and packing and this process will ensure that perfect products are only allowed for ironing and packing. we maintain AQL 2.5 standard
